Cosmic Hummingbird

Blooms extra early.  Usually the first to bloom for us.  Repeat bloomer.  Peach with a red eye.  3 inch blooms appear on 26 inch scapes with a high bud count.  Begins blooming mid-May.

 (Kirchoff 1977)

Everyone is always eagerly awaiting the first daylily blooms of the season.  This is usually it for us.  It is such a nice one to start the season with: a pleasing color, good scapes and budding and a super flower form.  It is a winner from the porch or up close.  You really should give it a try.
