Oven Herb Potatoes

measure  ingredient description 
1-2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary - rinsed
1 Orange for zest - rinsed
2 tbsp Canola Oil (or vegetable oil)
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp fresh ground black pepper
20 oz. red potato wedges
   
   
  1.  Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.            
  2.  Snip Rosemary leaves only using kitchen shears
  3. Peel several strips of orange peel, without any white pith, with zester, chop finely for zest, place in medium bowl along with rosemary.
  4. Add remaining ingredients (except potatoes); mix until well blended.
  5. Stir in potatoes until well coated
  6. Spoon mixture into 2-quart baking dish.
  7. Bake 30-35 minutes are until potatoes are tender and golden. Serve
